With classes with names like Booty Bounce, Stripparella, Pop Star, Cheer Fit, Belly Samba, Hoop Dancing (yes that looks like dancing with a hoola hoop), Boxercise, Pole Dancing and Hot Seat (that would be sexy dancing on a chair) just to name a few! Sounds like something for everyone....even those that hate the gym.
